Evaluation Cooperative Education The evaluation of the student’s performance on the out-of-school components will be shared between the employer and the co-op teacher(s).
EMPLOYER’S EVALUATION AT WORKSITE: The
employer will formalize his/her evaluation of the student through: COOPERATIVE EDUCATION TEACHER’S EVALUATION: The
co-op teacher will evaluate the student’s performance through: Policy for Submission of Weekly Activity Reports and Journals Students will submit a weekly activity sheet and journal, signed by their employer, EVERY MONDAY worth 20 marks each. NOTE: In addition to the above marking scheme, the student must complete 220 hours of on-the-job-training in order to qualify for two co-op education credits. Failure to complete the hours will result in credit loss.
