Music: Student Cruise Meeting No. 1

Friday, October 3, 2008 8:30 a.m.

1. Passports – photocopy required with October
payment.

Reminder: Your passport must not have an expiration date of less than six months before our return date or you will require a new passport!!!

2. Next Payment - $1000 October 22, 2008

Please bring this to the music room between 8:00 and
9:00 in the morning. Receipts will be issued by the
agent for the full amount in January.

3. Music Stands – be sure to organize this with your
section leader to ensure that there are enough stands for your section. These will make great
Christmas gifts. ?

4. Rehearsal Schedule for cruise band: (every student)
Every Monday from 3:10-5:00 beginning November 3rd. Sectionals will be interspersed on some Mondays. Just plan on being here please!!

5. Next Meeting for students will be at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 30 in the music room. Posted on music info board and on DSBN website.
