The science department is currently involved in the following projects:

Lab Assistants
Students in this program gain knowledge of lab setup and chemical preparation. Teachers: Mr. Lamarre and Mrs. Keating

Lichen Survey
Students study lichen to determine possible levels of pollution in the air. these findings are then published in a scientific journal. Teacher: Mr. Wyatt

Advanced Placement Program
The advanced placement program run by Mr. Wyatt involves after school sessions 2-3 times a week after school to enhance what is already learned in senior biology. If students score well on the final exam many universities grant them a first year biology credit.
